I’m happy to announce that Pinkerton will debut in The Clarion this week. The Clarion is the University Of Denver’s campus newspaper. If you’re in the Denver, Colorado area, make sure you tell your friends.
In website news: I added a couple widgets back into the website. I had so many e-mails asking what the “categories” were for so I decided to make them public again. Have a favorite Pinkerton character? Now you can sort strips by clicking on the character’s name. If you have a specific category you’d like to see, drop us an e-mail and we’ll see what we can do.

I’ve said it a hundred times on this site. I love superhero movies. Anything far-fetched and over the top is fun for me. Iron Man looks right up my alley. I’m going tonight. Already got my ticket. And yes, I’m flying solo. Even if my wife WAS working she’d slap me for asking her to go along. LOL
Some folks think this is strange but I honestly prefer going to the movies by myself.

GoComics has recently upgraded their “My Comics Page.” It is now called GoComics Pro. And the good news? It’s FREE. I love free, don’t you? Just what is GoComics Pro? It’s a web-based tool that allows you to customize what comics you see everyday. You can choose from the entire roster of GoComics greats like Argyle Sweater, Dog Eat Doug, Calvin, Garfield, Pinkerton (a’hem), and many more. You customize your page to see only the comics you want to see.
I urge everyone to go out to www.mycomicspage.com and sign up. And if you find it in your heart to “favorite” Pinkerton every day for the rest of your life, I promise I won’t argue.

Remember The Goonies? I don’t know about you but I loved that movie. I never realized how many “stars” were in that movie. Click on those frisky little scamps to find out where they’ve been hiding.

The kind folk over at Comics Coast To Coast invited me on the show to discuss the Th3rd World publishing deal. As always, those guys always have great stuff to talk about. Check out Episode 38 (I don’t know if it’s posted yet) to hear us talk about that, and the recent SF Chronicle’s interesting article on comic strips and reader reaction.
